How do I know Austin Longevity Clinic is right for me?

1

We specialize in clients who are interested in pain management, correction of muscular/postural imbalance, longevity, weight loss, functional fitness, women’s health, and sports specific conditioning…even if your sport is life.

How soon can I make an appointment and do you have a wait list?

2

We don’t do wait lists.  We’re here and ready to talk to you!  Once you fill out a contact form, one of the owners will contact you directly to gather some info and answer any questions you have.  They will then place you with the trainer that is the best fit for your needs and schedule.

What does it look like to train at ALC?

3

We usually see clients 1-2x/week in the clinic.  Your trainer will also work with you on an at-home fitness and nutrition program. Our main goal is to be your teammate: support your journey, remove the guess work, and make it fun!

Should men and women train differently?

4

Absolutely! Men and women’s bodies and hormones do very different things.  Why would you train them the same?!

What services do you provide?

5

Personal training, Pilates, postural assessment, massage, yoga, acupuncture, manual therapy, physical therapy, and nutritional counseling.

What if I don’t have an hour a day to fit in an exercise routine?

You are in the right place!  We get it, life is busy. Our programs are designed so clients have the ability to fit their workouts in multiple times a week.

  • "The life I live is … miraculous. Meaning, I was so broken, that what I do now year after year is just unexplainable."

—Ross, 59, current client ‘700+ miles a year on the mountain bike’

  • "I began training at Austin Longevity Clinic almost 20 years ago. My intent was to train for 6 months to learn what I needed to know about health and fitness. It turns out there's a lot to learn. I now train there three times a week!"

—Andrea, 51, current client ‘hiked Mt. Kilimanjaro for her 50th birthday’

  • "I am a life-long runner and skier. I have trained at Austin Longevity Clinic for 12+ years. I am still active at both because I have remained flexible, strong, and injury free."

—Jim, 86, current client ‘still jogging to get coffee multiple times a week’
