Sam Ditzell

Owner

Sam is an Exercise Physiologist and owner of Austin Longevity Clinic with over 25 years of experience helping clients train effectively within busy lives. He holds a BS from UT Austin and is ACSM certified. His approach to longevity was shaped by a major health setback in his 30s, leading him to prioritize injury prevention, smarter training, and long-term functional health. Sam guest lectures at UT Austin and presents on longevity to business and social groups, helping clients stay capable, resilient, and active as they age.

Marci is an Exercise Physiologist and owner of Austin Longevity Clinic with over 20 years of working specifically with women. She holds a BS in Fitness & Nutrition from Texas State and is ACSM certified. She specializes in women’s health across all hormonal stages, blending smart training, nutrition, and lifestyle strategies for lasting strength and vitality. Marci also guest lectures at UT Austin and speaks to business and social groups on sustainable health and longevity.

Yvette Sepulveda

Yvette is a combat veteran that served in the Texas Army National Guard and holds a BS in Health Promotion from the UT Austin. She is a certified personal trainer through the American Council on Exercise.

She specializes in functional training that corrects postural, strength, and flexibility imbalances, helping clients manage chronic pain, recover after rehabilitation, prevent injuries, lose weight, and improve overall quality of life. Her areas of expertise include injury prevention, post-rehabilitation, weight loss, general fitness, strength and resistance training, and post-menopausal health with a focus on osteopenia and osteoporosis prevention.

Jason is dedicated to guiding clients toward a healthier, more functional lifestyle. He holds a B.S. from Texas State University and an M.B.A., along with functional training and orthopedic exercise specializations through ACE. With two decades of experience in the health and fitness industry, he brings extensive knowledge and practical expertise to every client relationship.

Jason uses his diverse skill set to enhance quality of life through nutritional guidance, proper movement instruction, and personalized training tailored to individual needs and goals. His focus is building real-world, injury-free strength that supports long-term well-being—because when it comes to the body, “if you don’t use it, you lose it.”

Rhonda Huynh

Rhonda has a BS in Health Promotions from UT Austin and is certified through the ACSM. She is a hybrid coach who combines personal training and clinical manual therapy to improve her clients’ health, wellness, performance, and overall quality of life.

After analyzing movement and posture, she uses hands-on therapy, rehabilitation, functional movement, and nutritional guidance to reduce pain, enhance performance, and help clients return to a pain-free, fulfilling life.

Mason discovered the importance of personal development while attending the UT Austin, where he pursued his passion for physical exercise and applied those lessons to overall growth. He holds a degree in Kinesiology and Health and is a NASM-certified trainer, using his expertise to support individuals on their journey to self-improvement.

His goal is to help clients achieve a holistic, pain-free, and active lifestyle. Mason specializes in strength, flexibility, and correcting postural imbalances, as well as pre- and post-surgery therapy, movement training, and athletic performance.

Brianna’s passion is guiding clients toward becoming stronger, healthier, and more confident versions of themselves. She holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from UT Austin, is a Precision Nutrition certified coach, and holds a certification in health mindset coaching. 

Brianna works with a wide variety of clients and takes a holistic and individualized approach to help them achieve their desired goals. She helps clients cultivate the habits and tools that will help them feel their best.

She also specializes in women’s health and works with women at all stages of life - from just getting started to nourishing and training your body right now.

Brianna French

Blane is a NASM-certified personal trainer with a B.S. in Exercise Science from the UT Austin, experienced in working with everyone from first-time exercisers to athletes of all ages.

He understands how overwhelming starting a health journey can be—especially with existing injuries—and uses efficient dietary changes, corrective exercise, and resistance training to help clients reach their goals safely.

His focus areas include injury prevention and rehabilitation, balance and fall prevention, mobility, postural correction, functional and sport-specific training, shoulder pain, and weight and muscle gain.

Griffin holds a B.S. in Exercise Science from UT Austin and is NASM-certified. A lifelong athlete with a soccer background and over eight years of strength training experience, he brings a strong understanding of movement to every session.

Griffin has worked with both athletes and beginners, creating personalized programs that address movement limitations and individual needs. He focuses on building strength and stability while promoting long-term health and improved quality of life. In an era of information overload, he believes knowledge empowers clients and is passionate about helping them develop the tools and habits needed to thrive.
