WOMEN’S HEALTH

Women need a completely different approach to fitness and longevity. Training and eating like a man does not balance and support your hormones.

We specialize in women’s health: guiding clients through the many hormonal changes that occur throughout life—from perimenopause to post-menopause, as well as postnatal and post-hysterectomy recovery. We work with you 1 to 2 times a week, providing consistent support and accountability while creating personalized fitness and nutrition plans designed specifically for your body, lifestyle, and goals.

We understand that life is busy and sometimes overwhelming, which is why our programming is intentionally flexible and designed to meet you exactly where you are. Our goal is to empower you without pressure, helping you build sustainable habits that fit your life and leave you feeling supported every step of the way.

LONGEVITY COACHING

Our longevity coaching program is our most elite and specialized program designed to help you move better, feel stronger, and live longer—no matter your age or goals. We work with you 1 to 2 times a week, creating weekly periodized programs that fit into your lifestyle rather than overwhelm your schedule. We don’t believe in quick fixes or hacks—our approach is built on consistent daily habits that deliver lasting results.

Our services include pain management, correction of muscular and postural imbalances, weight loss, functional fitness and sports-specific conditioning…even if your sport is life itself. We take a holistic approach, addressing movement, strength, nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle habits to help you optimize your body and mind.
