longevity is long term

Day-to-day consistency is what matters: not the drugs, starvation diets, temperature extremes, or IV drips.  Longevity is not sexy.  It’s a 40+ year commitment to yourself.  Longevity is basic, and sometimes even boring.  Proper training, nutrition, sleep, socialization, and stress management are the variables that move the needle.

Thanks to top minds in the field (Peter Attia, Andrew Huberman, Mark Hyman, and Stacy Sims) we have an overwhelming amount of guidance and information.  But how do you curate all that info into a program that works best for you?

  • What is the correct type and volume of exercise?

  • How do you address injuries and pain?

  • What should you eat, and when?

  • How can you better manage stress and sleep?
