“The life I live is … miraculous. Meaning, I was so broken, that what I do now year after year is just unexplainable. I’m 58 years old, live in Sun Valley, Idaho, and am a year-round amateur athlete. We execute on that framework, and cover exercise, recovery, food, nutrition, supplements, medical strategies, and emotional coaching. Sam’s “on the payroll”, so to speak, to get me to 88 and still be able to perform athletically and to be a happy mostly pain free old guy. I don’t have an event objective or a seasonal objective. I have a life objective.”
