Spa Policies & Etiquette

At Simple Skin Therapy, we’re committed to delivering an experience that’s as smooth as your post-facial glow. To ensure every guest receives the full benefit of our expertise, please review our spa policies and etiquette:

Arrival

Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment to settle in, complete any necessary paperwork, and maximize your treatment time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service—think of it as motivation to be on time for your skin’s sake.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule, kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Last-minute changes or no-shows will incur a fee—because our team’s time is as valuable as your results.

Health & Safety

Your well-being comes first. If you’re feeling unwell or have had a recent illness, please let us know so we can reschedule your visit. We maintain rigorous sanitation protocols for your safety and peace of mind.

Mobile Devices

We invite you to unplug. Please silence your phone and other devices upon arrival—your skin (and your mind) will thank you.

Children & Guests

To maintain a serene environment, we ask that you do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment unless previously arranged.

Gratuities

Gratuities are never expected, but always appreciated. If you’d like to recognize your esthetician’s expertise, gratuity envelopes are available at the front desk.
